Nadia Abu Judom graduated from the University of Jordan with a BA in Business. During her university years, she was a member of the Jordanian National Basketball Team.

During the years 1995 to 2005, she worked for three federations: taekwondo, basketball and football. In the year 2000, she was responsible for greeting the Pope upon his arrival to Jordan. The year before that, she was involved in the organization of the Arab Championship.

She is married to Munir Abu Judom and a mother of four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. During their school years, she was a PTA member at Mashrek International School and New English School.

Currently, she is a committee member of the Orthodox Club and has been a board member of the Hussein Society for the past ten years. She has also been doing volunteer work for the Jordan River Foundation for almost 20 years. Most recently, she became a board member at Mashrek International School.
