The SLT meets on a semi-annual basis or upon need and its main responsibilities are to:

  • Review the school strategic plan and monitor its implementation and outcomes
  • Raise a well-managed and disciplined working environment
  • Promote the school ethos of raising standards and achieving excellence
  • Monitor and ensure that the school facilities are facilitating the learning process
  • Monitor the school safety and security 
  • Communicate with the school and local community

The ALT meets on a bi-weekly basis and its main responsibilities are to:

  • Ensure and monitor students’ well-being academically, physically, emotionally and socially
  • Monitor students’ performance and analyze their work to set plans for further progression and better achievement
  • Plan for teachers' professional development
  • Approve school curriculum and assessments
  • Approve material uploaded to school website
  • Observe school facilities to ensure safety of students
