Our Admissions Journey

A supportive process designed with your child’s best interest at heart.
 

Step 1 | Visit Our School

We strongly encourage all families to visit Mashrek before applying. School tours can be arranged by phone or email, and walkthrough visits are welcomed weekdays from 8:30 am – 12:00 pm. This visit allows you to experience our learning environment, meet our Admissions Team, and get a sense of Mashrek’s energy, culture, and daily life.
 

Step 2 | Submit an Application

Applications are accepted throughout the year, subject to seat availability. Forms can be completed during your visit or online through our website. Application fee of 30 JD is payable to officially process the application. If your child has learning differences or special educational needs, please inform us at this stage and provide relevant professional reports. Early disclosure helps us assess how best to support your child’s learning journey.
 

Step 3 | Screening Process

KG – Grade 2 · Play-based assessment Grades 3 – 12 · Entrance exam in English, Mathematics & Arabic · (Arabic exempted for non-Arabic speakers) · Followed by an interview with the student and parents This step helps us understand your child’s academic level, learning style, and individual needs. This step can be done virtually for families living abroad

Step 4 | Admissions Panel Decision

Each application is reviewed by the Admissions Panel, parents are notified of the decision by phone and email.
 

Step 5 | Enrollment

Submit needed papers and deposit and start your Mashrek Journey!
